Firm up you DUPA! Strengthen your Glutes, Hamstrings, Inner & Outer Thighs with this 25 Minute Lower Body Workout! Get ready to burn off major cellulite with this workout. I do recommend using dumbbells. I'm using 10 lb dumbbells. Weights are optional though! We are doing 20 reps of each exercise totaling 280 reps at the time of completion (WoW) so you may want to start with 5 lbs and work your way up. You can totally use your own body weight and do all these moves for a very effective lower body toning workout! WARNING: If you do not generally use dumbbells this is a workout that will leave you sore for several days, you may even have trouble sitting down on the pot.....but it's that hurt soooo good feeling. Are you ready to fire up that booty?? Stretch it out and do some light cardio the next day or two and repeat this exercise once a week to reap major benefits!
