Stretch and lengthen those hamstrings of yours with this 8-minute yoga sequence. Take it slow, move at your own pace, and do not force these poses/stretches. Listen to your body as you flow through each pose. ~Tight hamstrings can cause the pelvis to rotate posteriorly which may then lead to lower back pain/injuries.~ Give your hammies just a few minutes of love each day (repeat this flow consistently), and notice yourself progress overtime.
