This is a 30 minute vinyasa yoga flow for your shoulders, improving your range of motion and flexibility. Ideal if you habitually hold tension or experience congestion in this part of the body through sport or lifestyle. Also appropriate if you're recovering from a shoulder injury and would like to lengthen and stretch the muscles that surround your shoulders. There is very little weight bearing on the shoulders in this class - it focusses more on functional stretches to promote more range and flexibility. Enjoy!
