This is a 60 minute vinyasa flow yoga class designed to build strength and flexibility for your whole body, leaving you feeling energised and balanced. Class flows through a gentle warm up for the neck, shoulders & spine, surya namaskar A, then progresses to our standing poses - building strength, endurance and flexibility in the lower body. We then move to the floor to stretch out the shoulders, twist through the spine and release the hips. Expect some abdominal core work all the way through class ;-). A well rounded flow suitable for all levels. Enjoy!
