This is a 60 Minute Morning Vinyasa Yoga class. Class starts gently for the first 20 minutes- focussing on loosening the low back spine, then we start to flow with heat building lunges & restore range of motion in your body after sleep. I would call it a level 2 class as some holds are a little longer. Enjoy!
