We will target the hips, the thighs and the hamstrings. It's perfect practice to do the day after a run or a workout or if you just spend a lot of time on your feet in general! Use as many props as you need! Blocks, bolsters and straps are all great ways to support your body to make sure you are not going too far, past your edge. What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing and meditative practice that aims to balance out the yang energy in our lives. It targets the deep connective tissues (bones, joints, fascia & ligaments) in the body.
