The ghost emoji is because this workout really sneaks up on you by the 3rd set! Grab a kettlebell, single heavy dumb bell or anything heavy around your house (water jug?) and a couch or a chair. If you have a box jump or high step platform, you can use that of course. Make sure your prop is sturdy and stationary. My chair was moving all over which made it harder. I also threw on some ankle weights but not necessary. Use what you have! 5 exercises alternating with the bell and chair. Performed for 10 reps each. There are 3 rounds of exercises. We repeat each round only once. Feel free to go in for a 3rd. I was super sweaty by the end, even though all the exercises are low impact!
