Yoga Inspired HIIT drills! This is the 7th round round. If you love it, go back and try the other classes. All it means is I create 8 new drills with each new class. Here we work for 50 seconds each drill with 10 seconds to transition. A little over 3 minutes of hard work. One minute rest. I promise this class will get your heart rate up and get you sweating. It’s not like any other HIIT Yoga classes I’ve seen. We work hard and yet because of the timed drill style, you can work at your own timing and level. Comment below and let me know how it goes!
