These 8 yoga inspired fitness drills all incorporate yoga blocks! If you don’t have any at home, you can certainly make it work but the blocks will add a lot of fun! Test your balance, push your cardio limits, gain strength and flexibility. We repeat each set of 4 drills twice but if it’s your first time through, I encourage you to use the first round as practice and then 2 times through where you go all out.
