10 fun Pilates exercises performed for 1 minute each. This will really fire 🔥 your entire body with the core as the focus! Go at your own pace and level. Listen to your body and take breaks and modifications as needed but don’t be scared to push yourself! It’s only 10 minutes, unless of course, you repeat the circuit! 2-3 times through would be killer 😅💪🏽 I would recommend that you are familiar with Pilates exercises prior, as I move through quickly, but you can always repeat the video if you feel lost the first time!
