Grab a single dumbbell or a kettlebell and something to slide with. Hand towels work well if you don’t have actual sliders. 8 exercises. We perform 4 at 50 seconds with 10 second transition. Repeat. I do them twice through with you. Recommend doing the rounds 3x. If this is your first time doing this class, use the first round to get to know the drill, then go back and do one more so you can really push!
