10 minute Pilates mini ball circuit to get that core firing! These core focused drills will also get the total body engaged and strong! Do it as a strengthening cool down to a cardio class. Or it can stand alone. If you have extra time, I suggest going through the circuit more than once. Grab a Pilates mini ball, normally are about 7-9" and soft . You can find them on amazon. Mine is larger than I normally use but this is what I have at home. We will complete 10 exercises in 10 minutes with a short cool down stretch.
