10 kettlebell exercises. 50 seconds of work. 10 seconds rest/ transition. This includes a short cool down stretch. Work at your own level and modify the drills if necessary. A single dumbbell will work as well. I’m using 20lbs. If you have never done snatches before, do high pulls on that one. I also have a kettlebell “how to” video.
