60 Minute Move, Breathe & Flow Yoga

This is a 60 minute move, breathe and flow vinyasa yoga class. An accessible, continuous flow class, cycling through familiar postures, emphasising motion, rhythm and breathing so you can cultivate an inner state of meditation and deep sense of calm. Class begins with Surya Namaskar A, then flows through 3 cycles of the same sequence (high lunge, paddottansana, warrior 2, side angle, low lunge). Round 1, moving slowly and finding integrity in the postures, then round 2 & 3, flowing one movement, one breath in a moving meditation. We explore a brief arm balance option (crow), along with 1/2 moon, and warrior 3 in our subsequent flows. No long holds, just enough to keep you in the moment and your concentration sharp. Class concludes with twists and forward folds and a full, long shavasana.
